How fast is delivery?
Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment clears, your keys or account details appear on the order page in your account.
How do I pay?
The store uses a wallet system. Add balance using a top-up code, then check out with a single click. Card and crypto gateways can be connected by the store owner.
Where do I find what I bought?
Go to your account, open My Orders, and select the order. Every delivered code is shown there with a one-click copy button.
What if an item does not work?
Reach out through the contact page with your order number. We check every item before listing, but if something is wrong we will make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If an item is faulty we will replace it.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Passwords are hashed, checkout is protected against tampering, and your order history is private to your account.
